contact preference page is blank on windows 10 phone app

On the 'My O2' app for windows 10 phone, the contact preference page is blank, yes I waited for half hour and it was still blank, could scroll the page, copy the header subject, go back to main page, go to other pages, even sign into here, but that page wouldn't load. Having issues with spam from a third party of Telefonica and wanted to check my preferences, although I'm sure I did not allow anyone other than O2 to text me and since they have text me I am having problems with texting, I would like to make double sure before I speak to customer services too

@Anonymous There are known issues with this as I have the same with mine on iOS & on chrome so I assume it’s an o2 issue

Same for me in the app too but works OK on PC.

As I said, it's fine on PC but a blank page with my phone number top right is all I get on the app.
Strangely, part of my phone number is starred out too?

On my Win10 phone (same as the question being asked), I get nothing below the phone number, although why it's starred out when it's my app on my phone relating to my account is a complete mystery!

So we can assume it works on android but not on windows or ios ?

I know they said a windows phone but I was pointing out it was ok on my Note 4. What about your other phones @MI5....(you have a few to choose from) tongue
