Hello,
while I was in the Uk I registered to VirginMedia and as part of the contract I also became a member of O2. However, once we started to prepare to move abroad I called virgin media to cancel my registration and it was told to me that my O2 account will also be cancelled automatically but the payments are continued to be completed from my debit card. Right now, I am not in the Uk and I cannot find my o2 SIM card, I believe I lost it during my moving phase. I would like to cancel my registration as soon as possible please.
