no service

for several days I don't have service I wasn't able to go to the store as I am working I can see i have balance to pay over £100 and my plan is £6 this is unexpectable

Refund

Hi I have received an email stating I am due a refund on the 2 accounts I had and need my bank details I have tried to log on but I don’t have an account anymore as I have switched providers but would like my refund. Please advise
