Resolved! unable to use my mobile data since i came back from overseas last june 30

Resolved! Recently changed tariff but want dont want to continue

On the 5th July i changed my tariff to a sim only. I am still wanting a sim only but I dont use a lot of data so wanting a smaller tariff if possible? Its not been 14 days as of yet. Wanting a smaller and cheaper plan

My husband has run out of data. Can't remember his password to his account. Tried calling 2202, but didn't work. Tried adding the UK code too. What's the next step please?
