I am out of contract and want to change my tariff

I have received a text saying I am out of my minimum contract term and I can change my tariff. The options provided to change do not meet my needs. How can I find better options without switching to another provider. Jane M

I just changed from £10 bundle to £5 tariff. Topped up £10 as I thought that would pay for two months. And cannot top up £5 online. Instead you took thecredit for £10 bundle then ended it. Now I have no credit for either !!!
