unpaid bill

I've received a letter saying i have a overdue bill but i don't understand why when I have a direct debit set up? Also i need to upgrade my phone as mine has died but the site won't allow me to. Account no - (REMOVED)

Please can someone let me know if there is a way of adding my son’s phone number to the my o2 app. I’ve just received a hefty bill and I need to be able to track his phone!P.s I pay the bill and own the phone!

Confused as to different tarifs on my two phones

I have two Mobile Phones which I thought were on the same tariff but I've only just realised that one is on a 100gb data at £23.46pm and the other is on unlimited data at £18.33pm. Why are they different?
