Redeemed air time

Rolling plan charged incorrectly

I had upgraded my £10 tariff to a £15 tariff, last month. I was charged both £10 and £15. Though I received a cancellation confirmation, the £10 payment was taken from my account- can this be looked into please and a refund be issued? Rachel

Ordered a new SIM, got Order Number, but no Email Confirmation
