You guys blocked my sim when i told you to try to retake the money from my account because it was empty due to my absence from london for a while.
You want me to access my account and pay it through the application but i cannot do so without a verification number that i am unable to get because you guys stopped my card. Please stop this nonesene, i have had nthg but problems ever since i started this contract with you. O2 has done nothing but dissapoint all customers due to lack for professionalism and common sense that you clearly do not have.

You should have funds available to pay your bill, and if payment cant be taken for a second time, and you make no effort to contact o2, then you get cut off simple.. and you told them to retake the funds from an empty bank account...
Not sure why they should let you keep using their services if you dont pay for them.. so sounds like a you problem than a them problem..
You will have to call (from another phone, VOIP Service or Skype(the Payment Management Team, on 0800 902 0217 and make the payment ..

Set up a direct debit to avoid such issues.
