Website won't show upgrade options - O2 Community

Hi, I want to upgrade my phone. My O2 tells me I am eligible for upgrade but when I try to see what upgrade options I have, it says I have no numbers or accounts to upgrade. I would appreciate some advice as my current phone is faulty and I need a new on sooner rather than later. Thanks

My O2 is playing up a lot recently. You may be able to see the options later. Or you could delete and reinstall the app.
