I want to view and download my bills from between March 2023 and September 2023 (7 bills in total). I can view and download my bills dated as of 7 September, but not the earlier ones from last year. The error message states: We're making some updates, so you can't view this information right now. For more help, give us a call on 202 from an O2 mobile or 0344 809 0202 from another number. A phone call to customer support has achieved nothing. Can I ask O2 to email me copies of these bills if I am unable to download them myself? I need them for my accountant!
