For years, you go to My O2, Accounts and Billing, ViewBill, then download your VAT invoice.
Now it seems with the My O2upgrade, all you get is a fancy bill but not a VAT invoice.
as one of the many whose company pays for his phone, I need to submit a VAT invoice. O2 seems clueless as to how to resolve this.
any advice?

o2 are changing (upgrading?) some of their systems, so it might be the flag to put VAT on your bill has fallen off @BatDan
Contact customer services and ask them to add it back on - but you may need to do this each month.

hi and thank your for the response. They took away the flag and they do not know how to put it back for consumer customers. Support has no option.

I am in a similar situation. I am a PAYG customer with a rolling plan. I need to be able to download PDF invoices / receipts so that I can make them available to HMRC as part of my self assessment.
I can see transactions inside of my purchase history for my tariff. But there’s no option to download anything.
can you help please? 🙏🏻
