I did not order this upgrade. I have never used an iPhone and not about to start. You have now sent me 15 (yes 15) separate emails with various contracts and credit agreements attached, following the hard sell by one of your telesales operators.

I did NOT agree to any increase in my airtime or device plan. Your salesman just kept repeating that he would save me 40% on my airtime plan without any further commitment from me.

I will not be bullied by your dubious and illegal sales practices.

It's a well known scam.
Block the number and report it to 7726 - It's free.
Other ways to report here including Action Fraud website
https://www.o2.co.uk/help/safety-and-security/phishing-and-smishing-advice

You also need to report it as fraud to O2 so they can bar the handset and clear your account, which may take some time.

No doubt the scammers will be contacting you with some excuse to return the phone to a bogus address so they can receive the phone that you are expected to pay for.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

This isnt customer services.

Sounds like you have been scammed by someone purporting to be o2, as o2 DO NOT CALL cold people to offer them a 40% discount.

Did they ask you to read a security code that specifically tells you not to give it to anyone. If you did then I would also change your myo2 password as they will have access to it

You need to contact o2 either by phone on 0344 809 0202 or 202 or If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.
