Why can't I login into my account to see my latest mobile bill?

If you are trying to log into the MyO2 app and are encountering difficulties, I suggest that you delete it from your account, reboot your handset and then reinstall the app. 

You could also attempt to log into MyO2 on this website if you have not already tried.
