Unable to access My O2 App

Hi.  I am trying to open the My O2 App yo check my data usage details, but it keeps saying - 'Somehing went wrong. Oops. My O2 isn't available to you yet.  Don't worry,  you can still manage your account in My O2 for Web'.  But when i look in there it doesn't show any details about my data usage.

Sounds like you need to contact customer services by calling 202 or 0344 809 202 @PaulLP .

Best time to call is 8am UK time.

Alternatively you can call 0800 902 0217 using Skype for free.
