Hello. I make a contract with o2 8 mounths ago for Iphone 11 pro max 256 GB and i see this mounth is gonna appear a new Iphone 12 pro max,and i want to ask if is possible to swap for this new phone,to give my old phone for the new one

You would need to pay off the remaining device plan and then upgrade, once you have done this, then you can trade your phone in with the likes of o2 Recycle or Music Magpie and get some of that cost back.
