My phone has been stolen and I am trying to log into my account so i can order a new phone. When i log in it is asking me for a security check. I cannot complete this as the check is done by texting a code to my phone that i do not have.
Please advise?

You will need to contact o2 via the sales team on 0800 081 0255

Hi, I have the same problem, but I am unable to phone o2 as I have lost my phone! Is there any other way of doing this?
