Roaming in Turkey

Hi, please can you confirm if my current tariff includes free roaming in Turkey?

No one on this customer community can confirm anything, as we dont have access to accounts. 

You will need to contact o2, but unless you are on an Ultimate Plan it will cost you £6 per day 

DONOT REPLY TO ANY DM'S ASKING YOU TO CALL A MOBILE NUMBER TO GET HELP, THEY ARE NOT O2 AND ARE SCAMMERS...

Many thanks for your response. Do you know how to contact O2 customer service either via chat or phone? They are hiding the contact details very well, which makes me very disappointed with O2

I will be in Turkey for 2 weeks, which means £84 with the Travel Bolt on. More efficient to buy a sim in Turkey for 2 weeks

Depend how much you use the phone. It's £6 per day of use. 

If you put the phone into aeroplane mode then just enable WiFi and use WiFi Hotspots then it cost nothing

Not sure how they hide it so well @Filippo  when it is on the bottom of every single webpage under Help and Support and then contact us

Have a look at some of the roaming sims, as Turkiye is not part of the EU then its the same as roaming in the rest of the world...

@Filippo And turn off O2 Voicemail before you travel - otherwise every call coming into your phone that is passed onto Voicemail will trigger the £6 daily charge. Guide: All you need to know about O2 Voicemail 901
