Hello, it’s says here on the app that the plan has been paid but no

If your direct debit is due over the weekend the funds will be reserved by your bank on the Friday before.
This will show as being paid even though the money won't come out until Monday.
If you have any concerns, speak to O2.
give them a call on 202, 0344 809 0202, or specific payment management number 0800 902 0217
