I PLACED AN ORDER FOR AN UPGRADE ON THE 1ST OCTOBER. THE ORDER STILL HASN'T BEEN DISPATCHED YET IT SAYS THAT THE PHONE IS IN STOCK ONLINE

@LITTMEOO111 O2 does not run a live stock reporting system. Just because it says a device is in stock does not mean it is. Call the numbers above or use social media.

O2 don't have a live stock system so it may show as in stock when it isn't 

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
