Solved: Re: O2 extra

I started a new contract yesterday and selected my O2 Extra which was McAfee. I was hoping to use this on my home PC but are unble to download it. I am also unable to download it to my mobile phone so it is no use to me and wish to change it to something else that I can use instead.

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
