I pay my monthly bills on the app as I can’t set up a direct debit. My username and password are correct and I reset it just to be sure but it won’t let me log on, an error comes up. It just says:
“something went wrong. Oops my o2 isn’t available to you yet. If you’re new to o2, it can take up to 48 hours for your account to be ready. If it’s been longer please contact us.”
ive called 4 times over the last two months this has happened and the phone has cut off after 15 minutes every time.
my bill is due in 2 days so I need to pay it ASAP.

Can you log in online https://mymobile.o2.co.uk/ ?
If so, try deleting the app, rebooting your phone and then reinstall the app.
We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
