O2 app not working for my new pay monthly contract iPhone 11

So I received my iPhone on Thursday, to which my phone is now fully set up with my number transferred from my old network etc, I just can’t access the app. It’s downloaded and I have created an account however it keeps coming up with ‘oops, my o2 isn’t available to you yet, it can take up to 48 hours’ however it’s been 4 days now! Help 😞

It will reset when your next bill is generated or call O2 to reset it sooner.

Or advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:
If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.
