We both registered for a 02 sim card but the computer put my date of birth for my wife instead of her date of birth. How can she change this?

You need to speak to customer services on 0344 809 0202 or if you have just placed the order the sales team on 0808 002 0202 should be able to help

Then unfortunately 02 is a waste of time and I might as well use two tins and a piece of string and call it 02. I wrote this question on Twitter and now I'll write and tell them all that 02 is run by dumb robots.
