My o2 log in unsuccessful

I’ve been with o2 for years and am now unable to log into My o2. Have changed password and am able to log in online but I want to add Disney plus at the discounted rate to my plan and apparently this can only been done on the app. Have been having this issue since Friday.

Sadly this still isn’t working. I am signing in, going to add it then it takes me to sign in again and no longer accepts the credentials/says I don’t have any accounts with o2
