I’m a new customer but I registered on Friday and been longer than 48 hours and I still can’t sign in as it says wait longer than 48 hours need help

There's an issue with MyO2 accounts currently.
Can you log in online https://mymobile.o2.co.uk/ ?
If so, try deleting the app, rebooting your phone and then reinstall the app.
