My SIM has not arrived. I had an email saying it had been dispatched on 19th December, tracker says it is 'complete' but it has not arrived

I gave a PAC code so I can keep my number [Personal details removed]
If it does not arrive soon I will have to cancel my O2 contract as my PAC will run out
This is not good service

@LesleyLever We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you call O2 on 202 or 0344 809 0202 or use O2's social media:
Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB), Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG), they should be able to help you with this.
You can also request a new PAC from your previous provider if the port doesn't happen within the time allowed.
