When I try to use the same credentials on the My O2 App, I get the following message:
Something went wrong.
Oops. My 02 isn't available to you yet. If you're new to O2, it can take up to 48 hours for your account to be ready. If it's been longer than 48 hours, get in touch and we'll look into it for you.
Any advice on this

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this

Are you new to O2? If so the message is correct. The My O2 App is taking a few days to sort itself out. If you have been a customer for some time, you could delete the app and reinstall.
Otherwise you need someone to access your account which cant be done from here.
Give O2 a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (Contract) OR 4445 or 0344 809 222 (PAYG)
Or you can message O2 on Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG), hopefully they should be able to help.

yeah I’m new… well was a customer years ago, before I went to a different network.
Not worked Since doing this new contract almost 3 weeks ago.

Follow the advice given by @Cleoriff above to contact O2, @Bloodangelz - they need to reset or correct something in your MyO2 account. Good luck!

Hi, I spoke to them… the shop couldn’t help me… and the CS on phone said they will activate my account within 24/48 hours.
why didn’t they do this 2 and half weeks ago when I did the contract and ordered my phone?!
Just checked and it’s still same, can’t get I to the My O2 app

Have you tried the Web Version?
If that works delete the app, reboot your phone and reinstall

Hi, yep I’ve tried that… it just takes me to a O2 WiFi setting screen.
i go to the bottom and click track my order, then on next screen it says to click here to track order… I click that and it sends me back to the WiFi screen again.
