Just over 12 months ago changed from pay as you go to monthly contract,have been with 02 for years,when try to log in to 02 keeps saying have no products or information so all my information from before has disappeared,but then sends text with code so can get on to my02,have not changed phone number,have also renewed contract,had text saying can stay on same contract,contacted customer services,go through same thing every time and twice have been on phone for over an hour,get told will phone me back next day,never happened,and the technology department will contact me at a certain time,and never happens.need this sorting out never had problem with my 02 when was on pay as you go,and customer service keep saying will get sorted,never does,been going on for months
