Needed to talk to an adviser about a discount on my account and the virtual assistant sent me via a QR code on my mobile but in MYo2 the chat fails to work every time?
So, without phoning o2 I cannot talk to anyone via chat as it keeps sending me around in circles?
Has anyone else had this problem?

Try the support tab in the MyO2 app.
Never had a problem connecting to chat there.
