Linking a Virgin Media O2 account and a standard O2 account

As the title says I am trying to link a Virgin Media O2 account and my original O2 account. I have my main number now on the Virgin Media O2 account and want to be able to manage both together. All previous topics of this nature seem years old and can’t find an answer that works today. Any help would be much appreciated

Wait for the 2FA/OTAC SMS messages, 2 about 30secs apart, and then:

Then follow steps given here:

It is not as straightforward as the old way when 2 contracts are involved:

Delegate access does not give you full account access and control, so may not be what you are looking for.

An alternative is to contact O2 and ask them to reset your old O2 account and attach it to the email address that your Virgin account is registered to.

This can take up to 28 days to be actioned, but should be quicker.

Once that's done you will have full access to both accounts under the same login.
