Hi I am having issues sorting out my nhs discount. I am trying to apply 25% discount on my account and then the second account should get 20%. I had called into store on Friday 17th and they said to reattempt today as online assistant had reset something.when I try today it says that I can apply 25% on my account but it will end on 10.04.2023, and then there is also no visible 20% against my second account. This is very frustrating as I switched networks from Vodafone due to the deal. We also did not take up the deal on the pixel 7 for free airtime for 6 months as we were assured the NHS discount and subsequent 20% on second handset would be better and we couldn't have that discount aswell. I would be greatfull of some assistance to sort this issue.thanks
