I tried to get onto my O2 app earlier to see how much left I have to pay on my phone. It has logged me out of it completely and I had a setting on for face ID which didn’t work either. I thought maybe the app was down. Went to the website and can’t understand what’s going on. I’ve made no changes to my account, passwords or bills. Cannot log into my account at all even using my phone number, email address. It’s telling me my contact number is already associated with another user which makes no sense??. Cant even use the app to speak to someone. And they wont reply on twitter quick enough. No idea what to do.

You really do need to call them to check your account

It is possible your account is being moved across to the new 360 billing system, @dmi2503 -

Similar. I can get into my account but my02 signed me out and wont let me log back in

I was able to get back in but it took a while. Thanks for the replies though everyone
