can someone help me get back the deposit!?
I called O2, I chatted, I was in the shop and nothing. I can't,get back...!Thanks

Once you have paid 3 consecutive bills on time and in full, you can request the return of deposit on your 4th bill.

Once you have been credited, you can then transfer it out to your bank account or leave it to pay your bills from.

You need to contact O2.
All numbers are in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support 
Or 202 from your O2 mobile.
Advice from an O2 Guru to get through:
When you call 202, you will be asked for the reason you are calling.
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
You can also try saying "Upgrade" or "Fraud" to be connected to an advisor.

It will be returned after 3 months of on time payments and appear on your 4th bill. If you need to call O2 then all numbers in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
