Since the update to my 02 I cannot find the device plan payment section anywhere?!?
I used to be able to make device plan payments and track how much I'd paid and how much left there is to pay. Now I can't find thay segment what so ever. I've got 4 contracts, 2 for my kids my own phone and my own smart watch. Off of which show airtime bills only but device plans are still coming out of my bank. Can anyone tell me where the device plans are now shown?
My daughters device plan for her tablet isn't set up on a direct debit. I never got round to it so just paid it manually. Which wasn't an issue pre update of the my02 app. Now I have to wait till its overdue then make a payment over the phone. Ridiculous. Am I missing something

Device and airtime are now combined into one payment.
Just set up your own direct debit.
