Thank for the reply. I did try various browsers (Firefox / Chrome / Edge / Safari) and on different devices. I've also tried clearing cache and cookies. Still get the same message.

I've now noticed there have been various threads on this topic. Is there anything else I could try?

Alternatively in the short term is there a contact (understanding Coronavirus impact) or way of requesting copies of previous bills?

Thanks....
