Can't sign into My O2

When either my wife or I try to sign in, we have our usernames and passwords accepted, then the next page after the password challenge (Security Check) hangs indefinitely. It appears to be timing out while trying to load some images from origin-daps.o2.co.uk (I'd paste examples but the UI here has disabled pasting for some reason). My guess is that this is preventing the rendering of the page where it will request a code that has been sent to my phone (and also the sending of the code) but I'm unsure. Happy to speak with someone technical to debug this. I have disabled any content blockers, and have tried from a couple of different browsers (Safari and Chromium on macOS, Safari on iPadOS) and both on my home wifi (three 5G broadband) and my iPad's data service (o2 data).

Go onto the address bar and click enter on the Address bar and it should move on, as I have to do this on Safari on the latest Sequoia beta...  the problem is Safari is not Standards compliant, and Chromium is missing some frameworks, so try the full Google Chrome browser or Firefox


No one from o2 will contact you as this is a customer to customer community, and you wont get anyone from the WebDev to contact you at all.,.
