I've recently purchased an iPad with mobile data however I want to change my plan to unlimited, however I do not know the log in for the app or any of the details to reset it. I also don't know the number that is being used on my iPad due to the fact it's apparently being under my mobile phone number however it won't let me log in. Help needed ASAP. Have tried to call but always get hung up on. 

is there any way of changing my data bundle without the app

Call O2 and see if they can help. They may have to reset your account.

You can find the number by putting the sim into a phone and text number to 2020. You can reset your my o2, by pressing forgot my password but you must turn off WiFi first, so it recognises the sim for the iPad. It will tell you your login, which is normally your email, and then you can reset the password, it will give you a few options to pass security. Hope this helps
