I've recently purchased an iPad with mobile data however I want to change my plan to unlimited, however I do not know the log in for the app or any of the details to reset it. I also don't know the number that is being used on my iPad due to the fact it's apparently being under my mobile phone number however it won't let me log in. Help needed ASAP. Have tried to call but always get hung up on.
is there any way of changing my data bundle without the app

Call O2 and see if they can help. They may have to reset your account.
