Hello
I switched my contract from personal to business around a year ago. Keeping the same number in the process.
Since then, I haven't been able to login into my account because it says the number is already in use by another account.
I have called support multiple times, but we keep going in circles.
They try to send me a verification or password reset link, which then doesn't work because I can't use the same phone number to log in.
Any advice on what I can do?
I can't even access my invoices to add my business end-of-year accounts.

The only thing you can do is find someone at o2 who can remove the Consumer Account and the linked number, the best option will be via the Social Media Team
