I'm a fool. Ordered a 6S , it's being delivered on 25 september. Yet even now, when I go to 'my o2' and then to 'my orders', not a single detail about shipment is available online. All I get is a red circle indicating 'THIS INFORMATION IS NOT AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT'. Useless!! Really terrible considering this is actually, for Apple, a 'new product launch date'.
In addition every time I log in I get a message saying 'verify your email address' . WHY?

You wont be able to track any order if it hasn't been collected by the courier. If you have any concerns about your order you should be contacting customer services
