Y is O2 NT dealing with my complaint keep tellin me manager will ring me back in 24hrs no1 rings No1 can deal with prob escalate problem 10days on nothing from complaints department this is going on from the 12 of September gettin told same thing everytime I ring

I think a problem here is that you seem to suggest that this was passed to O2 complaints some ten days ago - and that is a very short period of time in the context of a business such as O2.
Please take note of the link that @madasaf1sh has sent to you and consider using resolver in due course - but you need to give O2 further time to address your complaint before making your move.
