No customer support whatsoever, they're always extremely busy.. (it's called a queue you can put people on)
Extra charges for US, while it's in the Travel inclusive destinstions.. (which is enabled)
And now I cannot even make calls or connect to my data..
I don't think there's anything left to mess up..

Also be aware that data speeds are practically useless while in the US as O2 throttles their speed down to 500kbps. You'll be lucky if you can check your email. Use WiFi as much as you can.
