Why do I have to call customer services so many times to resolve a problem

Anonymous
Not applicable

O2 when people leave the network please  honour  It instead of making payment demands and mistakes that some  customer services staff make

Its about time you look into new prices and take a closer look into refresh deals and most of all train staff to be more   Polite  And  actually more clear in what they are doing

Hi @Anonymous just to let you know that you are not talking to O2 here directly.
If you wish to you need to call CS or take it further by raising a complaint.

O2 are quite open about tariffs and they rarely make errors with billing. Yes maybe they need to be more competitive but no one compels you to choose O2 in the first place.

Maybe if @Anonymous had come here in the first instance there may have been less need to continually contact customer services...Unless it was a specific account based issue obviously....

Their complaint appears to stem from a non cancelled account which only CS can help with.
