Waiting time for costumer service

1 hour 12 minutes I’m waiting for costumers service to pick up phone , I try live chat didn’t solve my problem , after 14 years time to change to another network ! Shocking service from o2

Don’t just change providers because they haven’t answered your call. You may find that another provider does not give the coverage or tariff you want

@Umit Calling customer service late in the day near closing isn't the best option. If you can, call in the early morning to avoid a long wait on hold.

My payment come out 31.08.2018 my bank statement showing that money coming out , 1; years of costumer not miss one payment now end up bar on my phone can’t even call family and friend ! 😞
