Took out a contract in September last year. The deal was z fold 5 and get buds pro2 for £1 with voucher code. Despite various calls and chats to O2, they have not given me the voucher code for the earbuds pro 2. They always promise they will and i wait for the 5 days and nothing happens. Why cant they just generate it immediately and give it to me. Why make me wait? Should I be talking to Trading Standards
