Hi,
I upgraded my device back in Oct 2023 had as part of that upgrade was Samsung Ear Pods 2. I am yet to receive the ear pods and have contacted customer service well over 5 times all which have resulted in the same outcome.... no ear pods or no email confirming the ear pods.
I have also logged a complaint with O2 which has since been closed without an response form the complaints team
