Moved from virgin media to O2 without being asked. You have put up my price twice since I was moved. I make 1 or 2 short calls a month and if I use the internet it’s for 3 or 4 minutes a month and then you consider that that is enough to put my price up. Well let me tell you that is being RIPPED OFF BIG TIME I can’t wait until mid august so I can dump your RIPOFF SERVICE.

Just so you know, this has been communicated to all VM customers, as you have been on o2 for nearly a year, its just now they are moving you to o2 properly, and to be honest you dont get a choice.. so its tough
If you only use what you say you do then why the hell are you on a monthly contract... You would be better off with PAYG..
