Hello if you not happy please talk to the manager if there not sort it out there ofcom or BBC watchdog who can help you. i be with o2 about 8 year now there customer service sometime rude and un-helpful

Neither OFCOM nor Watchdog will be interested esp if you haven't followed the official complaints procedure....

You need to follow the correct complaints procedure, ofcom & watchdog won't be interested in one persons single complaint
