My internet download speed is usually 1mb or 2mb. Ridiculous.

Our network is currently working fine. If you’re experiencing a problem with service, try switching off your device and then switching it back on again.

If we're doing work on the phone masts near you we'll tell you about it here.

 

Its not only today, its always like that. Max i get is 6mb. O2 is just slow network thats all, there are more topics on this forum with people complaining about it.

@D777  You could also reboot the phone and check what apps are using a lot of data.

Its really ridiculous. Iv tried everything and only switching to 3g/2g helped a little but its not a drastic change.

Nothing you can do to fix a bad network in your area.
All you can do is switch to a different network that performs better.

I will. I v been with o2 for over 2 years but time to change. I dont belive its "my area" problem as i live in a city and my friend's have atleast 20mb speed with diferent networks. Its just o2 being slow.
