I recently upgraded my sim only account to another sim only account. I got a blank sim and swapped it (as I thought a new sim would improve my signal).
Maybe it is a coincidence but, at first my signal was loads better, but then it dropped quickly.
Particulary when I'm at or near work, my signal seems blocked and the only texts I can send are iMessages through the wifi. Even though my phone says that I have 2-3 bars of signal and 3G signal, I can't send normal texts or make calls (keeps saying call failed). It doesn't say no service. The only way I can get my phone to work is if I reset it.
A few other people at work who are on O2 are having the same problem.
I have checked the signal in the area and it says it is fine. Any ideas what the issue is?
I recently read an article online about EE having issues and O2 customer being unable to contact EE customers, however, I am trying to contact other O2 customers.

Hi @gemz4the1 The issue you are talking about re EE and O2 was a major problem a couple of days ago

but we thought it had been resolved now?
You could check through this help link to see if you have ruled other problems out? http://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Pay-Monthly-and-Pay-Go/Self-help-guide-Is-the-network-down-for-me-or-ev...
