hi all, i ordered a new phone last week, it was meant to be next day delivery, yet 1 week later it is still not here.Anyone else having this issue?

Ordered new iPhone 16 Plus as Christmas gift, ordered on 04/12 still no word on when it will be arriving. I imagine won't be able to cancel until device received. If not received within 14 days, will not be able to cancel contract. Feels like a scam to be honest and no way out of it.
